So Many Free Events

We have 3 million free events coming up, and I need to be sure you all know about them! In the course of procrastinating while writing this post, however, a couple of them filled up (Happy Hour at Babeland and Biking in Heels). High fives if you got on that early.
Masters of Social Gastronomy: Fake Meat - Every month, we get together at Public Assembly to talk food. This month, we'll tell you all about the history of vegetarianism and the modern meat imitations in your freezer case. There'll be drink specials from the awesome Buffalo Trace Bourbon!), samples, and even a raffle for a gift pack from Fake Meats.

Book Launch Party for Dear Dad, It's Over - Brainery bud and teacher (on serial killers) M. Dickson has a book coming out, and we're hosting a little party and reading for the occassion. Come on down the say hi, hear excerpts, ask some questions, and maybe win an autographed copy.
