One of our very favorite things is seeing peoples' experiences at the Brainery pop up all over the internet. And since we pretty much love that more than anything, we thought we should share them here for the whole world to see.
Here are a few recent posts from our teachers and participants:
From DIY Food Photography
The Brooklyn Baker on French Toast and Bacon Cupcakes. Not only do they photograph well, they're really delicious. I could have eaten them all.
Julia on how a little editing can make lowly produce look amazing.
Daniel co-taught this class, and here's his wrap up post from the first session, including their slides and an awesome video with Charles Eames talking about design.
And here's a recap from Kelly who took the class and is about to go into the Peace Corps!
From Paper Flowers
Cat experiments with all kinds of tissue paper masterpieces. Lots of lovely photos!
From Ethnographic Research Methods
A post on how the internet can help us connect in real life, inspired by research from class.
And here is Rachel's, our intrepid teacher, summary of the class, including her answer to the question "how do you know you're doing ethnography and not journalism?"
I'm sure I've missed about a million other posts, so send them along if you've written about a Brainery class and want us to include in a future write up!
