One year ago in September, the Society for the Advancement for Social Studies launched! Since then, they've taught you about everything from the Crusades to cannibalism to cults, all while getting you sloshed in the process. 

Next Tuesday, September 4, they're celebrating with three stories of famous firsts, and you're invited to the party! All the details are here, but really, just show up at Public Assembly, 70 North 6th Street in Williamsburg at 7pm.
