The lifeblood of Thai cuisine! Nothing says "delicious" like salty fish left to decompose in the sun. You know Golden Boy brand is the best thanks to the recursive baby and his all-approving thumbs up.

Other people prefer Three Crabs brand, but watch out for imitators! Three Shrimps is not Three Crabs, although I've certainly never had it. Tiparos smells like rotting so you probably don't want to go for that, and the Temple of Thai one you get in Western grocery stores is just plain gross.

Take it to Chinatown for this one, folks.
