Make Your Own Kimchi Party
Turned out our printer went slightly nuts just when we were starting the party, so instead of a handout we rolled with a projector.
The point of this handout wasn't Here's a walkthrough for kimchi!, but rather trying to show you that there are a million ways to make it, all equally valid. You just need to experiment with what works for you, and find the flavor profile that suits your tastes best.
Except, of course, my very strong personal opinion that too much garlic will be ruinous and should be avoided at all costs.
