Transform your Thanksgiving leftovers in real-time with pro chef guidance! In this cooking class, you'll raid your post-holiday fridge and cook up some dishes with what you have. Together, we will explore a range of innovative leftover transformations, including mouthwatering mashed potato pancakes and eggs, a tantalizing turkey pot pie, flavorful ramen soup, and preparing a rich ragu to serve with pasta or creamy polenta. You will master the art of reshaping any leftover food into a filling for ravioli, empanadas, pierogi or dumplings. Additionally, you'll discover the secrets to whipping up a creamy vegetable soup using scraps and finally find uses for that crudité platter no one touched. This class is your ticket to unlocking the full potential of your Thanksgiving leftovers and turning them into exciting novel dishes.

  • Turkey Pot Pie

  • Creamy Vegetable Soup

  • Mashed Potato Pancakes & Fried Eggs

  • Cranberry Beef Ragu

  • Rushed Ramen Noodle Soup

  • Assorted Dumplings

Chef Laura will demonstrate some of these dishes or their components and provide additional inspiration for your Thanksgiving leftovers.

This 90-minute class is partially a demonstration and discussion and partially hands on, in preparation for the day after Thanksgiving.

You will receive a list of basic ingredients and materials to have on hand should you decide to cook along, as well as template recipes for transforming the various leftovers you have.
