Laura Scheck is the founder of Teaching Table, a culinary education platform that aims to inspire others to cook foods that are better for their bodies, their families, and their communities. Laura previously worked as a teacher and adult educator and was trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute, making her uniquely suited to share her passion for food in an educational way. In Tofu Dinners, make 2 tofu dinners that will please vegetarians and meat eaters alike. These meals are hearty and bursting with flavor. Once you learn the drill, you’ll make them again and again with variations in place of recipes. You’ll be able to differentiate between varieties of tofu and will choose the appropriate version for each of these dishes. In addition to Miso Glaze and Chipotle Garlic Lime, you’ll brainstorm dozens of other marinades and seasonings for your future tofu dinners. We’ll also discuss a variety of template dishes just waiting for tofu to star as their protein. Get tofu in the rotation!
