Laura Scheck is the founder of Teaching Table, a culinary education platform that aims to inspire others to cook foods that are better for their bodies, their families, and their communities. Laura previously worked as a teacher and adult educator and was trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute, making her uniquely suited to share her passion for food in an educational way. In Tofu Dinners, make tofu dishes that will please vegetarians and meat eaters alike. These meals are hearty and bursting with flavor. You’ll be able to differentiate between varieties of tofu and will choose the appropriate version for each of these dishes. In addition to Vietnamese Banh Mi style and Chipotle Bourbon BBQ, you’ll brainstorm dozens of other flavors for your future tofu dinners. And once you practice the drill of marinating and caramelization, I promise you’ll do this again without recipes. We’ll also discuss a variety of template dishes just waiting for tofu to star as their protein. Get tofu in the rotation!
