In Tofu Desserts, make 2 drool worthy plant-based desserts with tofu. Tofu is a miracle ingredient in vegan and dairy free desserts serving to thicken and emulsify without dominating the flavor. You’ll make a beautiful Key Lime Pie with an English Biscuit Crust that uses one can of coconut milk, divided between the filling and the whipped topping. You’ll also literally whip up decadent Chocolate Mousse out of 4 ingredients. You won’t even know the tofu is there. Learn how to thicken fillings, use your food processor, make a pressed crust and coconut whipped cream. Practice artful garnishing on both desserts. These are guilt free desserts you will make again and again.
