If you're a fan of Chinese noodles and spicy food, join us in this new online class!
We'll demystify the sauces and break down the flavors for making two of my all-time favorites: Cold Sesame Noodles and Shanghai Hot Sauce Noodles. These versatile dishes are great with a wide variety of noodles, including fresh, dry, and gluten-free options. This class will also give you the confidence to tackle winning flavor combinations for your own noodle dishes in the future.
The recipes in this class are great for vegans and vegetarians. I will also send out optional add-ons for omnivores who would like to add meat or seafood to their noodle dishes.
