You can utilize any fruit of your choice, whether it's something you love, what's perishing in your fridge, or whatever you can find at your local market. In this hands-on class, bakers of all ages will tackle sweet galettes with the seasonal fruit of your choice, like mixed berries, apples, cherries or peaches. You will apply the basics of preparing and handling galette pastry. Your teacher and pie pro, Chef Laura, will help you prepare and arrange decadent galette fillings so they have the perfect texture and look stunning. And we'll make some fresh whipped cream to top them off.
