Make 3 delicious refreshing desserts in 90 minutes. Each recipe has just a few simple steps and doesn’t require turning on the oven. Win Win. You’ll use chocolate two ways, learn how to make ganache, whip pudding without dairy and layer a cake you don’t have to bake. The secret — soaking it with fresh peach juice and bourbon (alcohol optional).

All ages welcome and encouraged. Youth might need adult support in the kitchen. This is a VIRTUAL LIVE hands on cooking class. You can make any or all of the treats along with us, using the ingredients and equipment you have on hand. We will share recipes and walk you through simple substitutions.
At east one week before the class as well, you will receive recipes, a detailed list of ingredients and materials and prep instructions. Minimal prep required.
