In this all-ages virtual cooking workshop, you will make your own pasta dough from scratch.
After discussing options for perfect sauces to pair with your pasta shapes, you’ll practice rolling and cutting pasta into various shapes, like fettucine, cavatelli, farfalle, pappardelle, orecchiette, strozzapreti, and ravioli. I’ll be right with you the whole time demonstrating and guiding you through the ups and downs.
This class has something for pasta novices as well as experienced home pasta makers. You’ll love learning about pasta, its origins, how it’s made, and the various cuts and shapes almost as much as you’ll enjoy eating it! $25 per login, more than one person can join from each login.
