Some dishes are classically suited to the Cook with What You Have Improvisational Cooking Philosophy. Fried Rice tops that list. You can assemble just about anything into a fried rice, and you don’t even need Asian condiments or seasonings. You don’t even need a special kind of rice. Join us for a hands-on virtual cooking lesson to pull randoms odds and ends from your fridge and combine with rice, assorted spices and condiments to create the most satisfying skillet of good eats that everyone will devour. I’ll walk you through selecting and pairing ingredients, cooking the perfect pot of rice and teach my technique for extra crispy highly flavorful fried rice. You’ll not only enjoy your own creation, but will be inspired by what your fellow classmates produce as well.

This is a VIRTUAL LIVE HANDS-ON COOKING CLASS. Join from your phone, tablet or computer at HOME and come prepared to cook together.
