Tiramisu once intimidated even this experienced baker. Until I tried it and realized it’s not that hard to do. Using a few quality ingredients, you can confidently produce this Italian restaurant quality Tiramisu for a “pick me up” or romantic shared dessert.

Learn how to choose proper ingredients, separate eggs, whip cream, make safe-to-eat zabaglione, and assemble tiramisu with a delicate melt-in-your-mouth texture and perfect balance of flavor. Since your tiramisu needs to set and you won’t be serving it immediately, we’ll also whip up Espresso Martinis to enjoy right away.

Menu:

  • Tried and True Tiramisu

  • Espresso Martinis for Two

This is a virtual hands-on class. There is minimal prep required for this class. You’ll receive a detailed list of ingredients, materials and prep instructions at least 1 week before class. A hand held electric mixer is recommended.
