The aroma of baking cookies signaled the holidays for me as a kid. My mom baked all types, but the most memorable are the Italian classics that she personalized. Her cookie trays are the stuff of legend around town. Join for a festive cookie baking party. You’ll make enough Italian Christmas Cookies that you can assemble tins to deliver to your neighbors and friends, just like my mom did.
You’ll learn tips for improving your cookie game, including proper measurement and egg separation, and you’ll better understand methods like creaming and tempering.
We will bake the following:
-
Neapolitan, aka Six Layer Rainbow Cookies
-
Italian Lemon Cookies with 3 additional variations (Clove and Cocoa Meatballs, Anisette or Knots)
Choose to make 1, 2 or ALL the cookies!
