Friday, July 1, 4:30-6:30pm, Wednesday, July 6, 6:00-8:00pm SOLD OUT, or Thursday, July 7, 2:00-4:00pm SOLD OUT

Location: Prospect Heights Brainery (190 Underhill Ave in Prospect Heights, BK)

Join us to explore some low-tech, fast (it doesn't involve a phone book and weeks of waiting!) ways to press fresh flowers in order to preserve them in dried form. After pressing a bunch of plants, we'll use them to create a set of four lovely acrylic floral coasters.

All materials provided, but you're encouraged to bring any fresh flowers you have and would like to press! We'll be working with store-bought flowers, foraged greens + herbs, and, when possible, homegrown flowers.

Check out some amazing student work from past classes here. We are still asking that all students be vaccinated.
