In this hands-on cooking workshop, we will make pasta dough from scratch, and learn how to roll and cut the dough into myriad shapes, many requiring little more than your own two hands. You'll be amazed what delicious and beautiful bites can come from just flour and water (and sometimes eggs). You'll learn about the ingredients and tools used in pasta making, and how to distinguish between various types of flour and dough recipes.
We will cook up one of the pastas made in class to sample with a simple sauce and as well as tips for preparing your own perfect pasta dishes at home. Just in time for you to practice on the handmade pasta you will bag up and take with you.
