Observing a specific diet, avoiding dairy, or dealing with a gluten allergy doesn’t mean you have to miss out on delicious desserts. If you're cooking for a family member or guest with dietary restrictions, you can still enjoy delightful treats. In this class, you will expand your collection of gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan dessert options. We will introduce you to recipe formulas for classic gluten-free and vegan desserts that can be adapted to a variety of seasonal fruits and flavor profiles. You will learn techniques and substitutions for replacing gluten, eggs, and dairy with delicious, plant-based alternatives.

  • Dairy Free 2-Step Fruit Sorbet

All menu items above are dairy free and 100% plant based.

This is a virtual hands-on class via Zoom. We will provide a list of ingredients and materials at least 2 weeks in advance of the class.

Special equipment: a food processor and/or blender is highly recommended for this class.
