Learn the disputed origins of this dish and how to make it to suit your taste and heat tolerance, with your protein of choice. After minimal effort, you’ll be slurping up pan fried noodles loaded with fresh summer basil, chilis and crisp veggies. You’ll also walk away with useful techniques to apply towards future at-home take out dishes.
