Taught by Jonathan Soma
Soma was born in the South, is what someone from the North would say. He co-founded the Brainery, is the sciencey half of Masters of Social Gastronomy, and plans on getting married to Waffle House. In his more droll moments he is a tragic sellout to higher ed as a professor of data journalism at Columbia University's journalism school.

Once upon a time I lived in Washington, DC, which has the largest Ethiopian population outside of Ethiopia itself. When every corner store sells berbere and mitmita it isn't long before you're strong-armed into picking it all up.
Do I honestly need to convince you to take this class? C'mon! Ethiopian food is amazing, and I promise this will be awesome.
