This class is all about make ahead breakfast (and anytime snack) options that use up odds and ends from your fridge and pantry. Kitchen Sink Quiche and Pantry Clean-Out Granola are two of my favorite conduits for transforming scraps into good eats.

In this virtual cooking workshop, you will first prepare a versatile pastry dough that can be used for all sorts of pies. You will then raid your own fridge to find the ingredients you need to create a quiche with everything but the kitchen sink. I’ll walk you through a fool proof quiche assembly for any ingredients. Then you’ll bake your quiche for an incredible meal and learn how to savor it for another day.

While our dough is resting and quiche is baking, we will also mix a quick batch of granola using the odds and ends you find in your pantry — rolled oats, remnants of other grains, handfuls of nuts and dried fruit and sundry spices and flavorings. At the end of this class, you will have two creations ready for breakfast, snacks or midnight treats.
