The humble jug of Apple Cider is the star of this class. We will recreate farm stand classic Apple Cider Donuts at home. Ours are baked, not fried, so you can eat twice as many. And you will learn 4 new beverages for your apple cider, preparing you for every occasion this fall. You’ll taste test the perfect grown-up and kid-friendly versions of apple cider beverages to serve at your Halloween costume party. You’ll practice mixing a Cinnamon Apple Old Fashioned that will elevate your usual Thanksgiving gathering. Finally, you’ll learn tips for simmering mulled cider, ideal for curling up with a good book on a chilly afternoon.
Chef Laura will demonstrate how to assemble all of these cocktails plus the donuts. Mix along with us for as many or as few of the recipes as you like. Bring your ideas to help us brainstorm additional apple cider cocktails and mocktails. And invite your friends for a remote cocktail party from the comfort of your own home.
