Lauren Klein
Lauren Klein leads all recruitment and hiring efforts for Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School, an award winning youth development non-profit and its associated K-7 charter school. As the Senior Manager of Recruitment and Hiring, Lauren reviews thousands of resumes and cover letters and leads all full-time interviews. Outside of recruitment and hiring, Lauren enjoys baking pies, listening to 90s hip hop, and exploring her neighborhood in Jersey City with her husband and dog.
