Shannon MacColl

Shannon has been educating and enabling people of all ages in design and engineering activities for over four years. Previously working at NYSCI in Queens, she taught people that there is no “right” answer in design and that failures are a part of the process. She aims to teach people that everyday materials can be used to create quirky pieces of engineering. As an educator and designer, she is always open to discovering new and accessible ways to make engineering engaging and approachable.
