Kimberly M. Wetherell

Professional pastry chef and cocktail enthusiast Kimberly M. Wetherell is head 'baketender' and owner of Spirited, a bakery and dessert/cocktail bar coming to Park Slope, Brooklyn in 2014. An entertainment industry expat, she still keeps her hand in the game as the co-founder and host of the popular monthly food & drink reading series, DISH, at Housing Works Bookstore Cafe.
