This is an old class! Check out the current classes, or sign up for our mailing list to see if we'll offer this one again.

This class might be over, but get first dibs on new sessions and brand-new classes by signing up on our ultra-rad mailing list.

This two-session WordPress course can follow 101, or, for folks who are already experienced bloggers, 201 can stand alone.

Topics we will cover include: selecting and customizing your WordPress theme, finding the perfect plugin for the job, and advanced functionality such as e-commerce. We will also explore some design best practices for the web, as well as find out what a conversion is, and why you want it. (And how to get it!)

For this course, all participants should have already installed WordPress on their own private web hosting account. If you aren’t already running WordPress on your own web hosting account, register for WordPress 101, and we’ll get you up and running in no time. Please note that WordPress.com blogs won’t be covered at all during this course.

Participants should bring a laptop to this class.

This class, like all the rest, takes place at the Brainery space at the corner of W. 9th and Court in Carroll Gardens.
