This is an old class! Check out the current classes, or sign up for our mailing list to see if we'll offer this one again.

This class might be over, but get first dibs on new sessions and brand-new classes by signing up on our ultra-rad mailing list.

You may not be an ice climber, arborist, fence maker, helicopter rescue specialist, sport fisherman, longshoreman, circus rigger, farmer, or kinky lover, but you'll be one step closer after learning the basics of knot-tying and ropework offered in this class.

Students will learn about what things that can be tied together are made of, why some knots are good and some are stupid, along with what's the working end, what's a bend and what's a bight.

You'll leave knowing how to tie something up, how to tie something down, how to tie two things together, how to tie a rope around something, and maybe how to make a toy for your dog to chew on.
