Taught by Brad Rank
Brad Rank is a lawyer by day and a Scrabble/Words with Friends addict by night. After losing one too many times to his mother-in-law, Brad brushed up on his two-letter words, q's without u's and seven letter word formation, and now regularly dominates the family Scrabble games.
In this class, we'll learn tips and strategies for becoming a more competitive Scrabble or Words with Friends player.
It's ideal for basic-to-intermediate players who are looking to compete against more advanced players (or looking to compete against the computer on the "difficult" setting).
Topics covered will include:
- playing parallel/two letter words
- seven-letter word formation and placement;
- when to exchange/pass;
- word placement, board strategies, and opponent specific strategies.
(Class size: 10-15, lecture interspersed with some exercises and paired-up competition)
