In this class, we'll learn how to make a quick, flavorful Indian meal of rice, a hearty lentil and greens curry, topped with a creamy yogurt raita.
This is an inexpensive meal you can prepare after work with little fuss and lots of leftovers for lunch. Best of all, it's vegetarian and gluten free!
