After this class, you'll never be intimidated by cooking Indian food at home again!

In this 4-hour seminar we'll make together and feast upon all the primary components of a typical Indian vegetarian dinner, discussing and introducing a world of East Asian spices and flavors.

Learn to make, along with numerous variations, the essential elements: perfect basmati rice, masoor dal (red lentils) with curry leaves and spiced butter, saag sabzi (creamy spinach and fenugreek leaves), an onion and green chile raita, the ever-popular hari (green) and tamarind chutneys, tandoori vegetables and naan (in a home oven!) and an Indian fusion dessert guaranteed to make you re-think pineapple and chocolate.

All in 4 hours and with an ingredients list that won't leave your head spinning. Queue up the bhangra playlist for your next dinner party already or just add nine new dishes to your repertoire!
