Sara Solomon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Brain Bootcamp specialist from Los Angeles. Her extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) has lead her to teach and lead groups on mindfulness, radical acceptance, mastery and effectiveness. She leads private groups in Park Slope (in addition to her private practice as a therapist) as well as larger groups at The Beacon in Manhattan. Sara aspires to spread joy wherever she teaches.
