Ever wanted to learn to weave, but were worried about where to keep a giant loom in a NYC apartment? Then tablet weaving is the thing for you!

This ancient historical weaving style was perfect for nomadic lifestyles and places with limited storage. Also called card weaving, tablet weaving is simple to set up, needing only a royal flush, some bondage, and pretty yarn. From simple playing cards, you can make beautifully complex straps, belts, and other bands. Learn to weave your name or any other pattern you choose in one class. Best of all, you can take your loom and band home with you, along with your new techniques!

The class will also include an overview of the history of looms, and changes in their technology. Come and join us for an awesome night of twisting yarn into pretty patterns!
