In this class, you'll learn ways to make easy, delicious, and healthy vegetarian meals that can be made with sixingredients or less.
We'll cook up and sample a variety of quick meals like dhal, chickpea fried rice, portobello cheeseburgers and lo mein.
Class leader Anyah is from Guyana, where the cuisine is quite diverse and full of interesting ingredients; in addition she's been cooking and eating in New York for the past 10+ years and has a few flavor tricks to share. She's passionate about food and teaching and excited to honored to have this opportunity to share both.
