Learn how to transform fresh vegetables through fermentation into probiotic goodness. The process of fermentation increases the nutritional value and vitamin content of vegetables through beneficial bacteria.

In this class, you will learn how to make sauerkraut and other fermented veggies that will help boost your immune system for cold and flu season. We’ll discuss the healing qualities and nutritional importance of live-culture foods.

You will get to make your own jar of sauerkraut to take home  - choose from either Angela’s recommended Spicy Turmeric-Ginger Kraut or your own DIY immune boosting kraut.  Handouts with instructions and recipes will be provided so you feel comfortable fermenting at home.
