Brooklyn Brainery hosts affordable classes at our location in Brooklyn (190 Underhill Ave in Prospect Heights), as well as additional events around the borough. We hosted our first classes in 2010 and look forward to hosting many more for years to come.

We're excited to invite you to our very first backyard pie bake off and potluck on Saturday, June 21st from 3-7pm! Join us as we fire up the grill and sample lots of delicious pies. 

BAKE A PIE: Woo us with your favorite pie recipe for a chance at fame and fortune! Winners will receive gift certificates to King Arthur Flour's online shop, and all participants will receive Brainery gift certificates. It's $5 to attend, and you'll get that back when you check your pie in. Don't forget to check out the full rules and details here before you sign up! Deadline to enter is Thursday, June 19th. PS -this is by far the most casual bake off you will ever be a part of. We're going for fun and definitely not super cut throat competition! 

PARTY DOWN: We'll provide hamburgers and hot dogs, you bring the sides! Pie for dessert, of course. Anything from chips to burger toppings to fancy salads are welcome.
