"I realized I was dreaming. I raised my arms and began to rise. I rose through the black sky that blended to indigo, to deep purple, to lavender, to a very bright light. There are no words to describe the joy I felt" -Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming

Lucid dreaming is the act of being consciously aware you are dreaming while still in the dream state. Lucid dreamers are able to explore their subconscious through exhilarating experiences that would be otherwise impossible in the waking life. It is a very real, very powerful practice that has only recently become legitimately recognized by the scientific community.

This course is all about lucid dreams. You will learn about their historical and cultural relevance, the science of REM sleep, how to increase dream recall, and the different methodologies for achieving lucidity.

When finished, you will be ready to embark on the journey that awaits in the backyard of your mind.
