This class might be over, but get first dibs on new sessions and brand-new classes by signing up on our ultra-rad mailing list.

Join us as we cultivate love, understanding, and compassion for ourselves and others through meditation—in the calm morning before the Garden opens to the public. We will practice outside while sitting, lying, and walking to deepen our awareness through the natural environment that surrounds us.

Class is held rain or shine.
