This is an old class! Check out the current classes, or sign up for our mailing list to see if we'll offer this one again.

This class might be over, but get first dibs on new sessions and brand-new classes by signing up on our ultra-rad mailing list.

Join us for a special 4-hour intensive workshop! If you've been curious about bringing multiple colors into your knitting projects--and we're not just talking stripes here--this is the class for you.

Taught in the round, we'll be starting a Fair Isle-type project on circular needles (hat or headband or cowl; you decide). We will go over two-color techniques (one yarn in each hand!), getting good even tension in your floats, steam blocking for a more professional looking finished project, chart reading and writing, and more!

Students should be very comfortable with the knit stitch, but no purling necessary.

Materials needed: size US 8 circular needles (16" for a hat or headband, 24" for a cowl), and as many colors of worsted weight yarn as you want to haul.

Feel free to bring a lunch or snack.
