So maybe you can knit, and you can totally knit with one color, no problem--but how do you get those stripes? What about making those complicated-looking designs, how in the world do those get made? And how exactly are you supposed to join in a new color, do you tie a knot and cut the ends or what?

Get all your questions answered and then some. We'll take you as you are--no matter what your skill level is or how much experience you have--and teach you a few sly tricks for getting the best looking stripes, cool slip-stitched patterns that only look like you know what you're doing, and then practice actually reading and working a bit of Fair Isle-type stranded colorwork.

Bring questions, worsted-weight yarn, and size 7 16" circular needles. You should already know the knit stitch.
