Love gnocchi but afraid to try it out at home? This class will show you how easy and fun it is to make, on your own or with friends!

We'll make a quick dough and show you how to roll out gnocchi. We'll start with a classic version and then try a sweet potato version that will impress your friends! We'll also make a couple quick sauces (marinara, browned butter and sage), and you will be able to try out your handiwork at the end of class. You'll leave with these delicious recipes and others to try at home!
