While not everyone owns a sewing machine, it’s safe to say that we have all experienced finding a hole in a sweater, a tear in a pair of jeans, or a jacket button that’s literally hanging on by a thread.  For all these garment mishaps, all it takes is a needle, thread, your two hands and a bit of determination to bring them back from closet purgatory.

In this class, we’re going to cover useful hand stitches, where and how they’re used; we’ll discuss patchwork, hemming, and how to put on a button so it never falls off again. This hands on class covers the more basic, practical and common fixes that can save both your money and your shirt!
