We’ll focus on how to strengthen your digestion, create better eating habits, and introducing fermented foods, herbal medicine, and other supportive foods into your diet.

In this next workshop we look deeper into Gut Health where we pick apart the hepatic biliary chain, gut integrity, SIBO, IBS, acid reflux, parasites, hidden infections, and strategies for healing your gut, where to look for deeper healing work and more.
