Your digestive system is home to over 70% of your immune system! So it’s crucial to keep your gut in tip-top shape in order to maintain good health. In our Intro to Gut Health Workshop we will discussed the difference between good and bad bacteria and explore how each affects everything from your energy level to your mood. We’ll focus on how to strengthen your digestion, create better eating habits, and introducing fermented foods, herbal medicine, and other supportive foods into your diet.

In this next workshop we look deeper into Gut Health where we pick apart the hepatic biliary chain, gut integrity, SIBO, IBS, acid reflux, parasites, hidden infections, and strategies for healing your gut, where to look for deeper healing work and more.

** It is recommended to take our Intro to Gut Health course before taking our Level 2 course.
