Learn to make a tasty gluten free loaf without a starter by using just whole grains. This simple class will get you going making your own gluten, dairy, and yeast free bread! Perfect with soups, makes amazing avocado toast and toasted with melted cultured butter...our personal favorite! 

If you want to make along with class, you'll need 3 cups whole buckwheat OR 3 cup mixed grain (we like buckwheat/millet/rice). Since the bread needs to ferment, you won't have a finished loaf in an hour, but we'll get you on your way!
