At Brooklyn Botanic Garden, explore a Japanese method of restorative engagement with nature, called shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing."

A gently immersive process, forest bathing offers a long-lasting sense of well-being and interconnectedness, where you will rediscover and learn new ways to synchronize your health with the forest's wellness.

If you're a Brooklyn Botanic Garden member, please be sure to select the member ticket option from the dropdown menu on the next page. Member tickets are $30; nonmember tickets are $33. This event will meet at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens' 1000 Washington Avenue entrace.
