Are you the one your friends, family, and even strangers come to for advice and counseling?
Do you often feel emotionally and physically drained after giving to others all day?
Are you a teacher, therapist, first responder, or in another "helper" role?
If so, you may just be an empath. And protecting your energy is essential!
This course is for you if you relate to any of the following:

You have a hard time setting and keeping boundaries with others, including separating your emotions from the people around you

You want to stop overgiving, people-pleasing, or putting everyone else’s needs first

You find yourself regularly attracting narcissists and energy vampires who drain you

You feel burned out from professions that take a lot of empathy and energy

You feel exhausted from the weight of injustice or suffering in the world
You will do an energy evaluation and journaling exercise to discover where your energy is being drained vs. replenished, and write "New Rules" for boundaries going forward.
You will also have the opportunity to receive live coaching advice on specific issues you struggle with if desired.
After this class, you will have the specific tools you need to separate your energy from other people’s emotions and needs. This will allow you to regain your energy, sovereignty, and authority.
