Think of journaling as a clearing of the mind, a tilling of the soil: writing is an embodied experience that, when practiced with careful attention, can provide us with the sturdiness to be in close conversation with our inner landscapes and the world around us.

In this class, you'll infuse your journal writing with equalizing, centering, and grounding techniques to bring you back to mind/body/earth connection: you’ll be guided through writing prompts, affirmations, visualizations, gentle movements, and breathwork to root you in body/mind/spirit as you build a nurturing connection with yourself and the earth around you.

If you’ve been seeking a sense of sturdiness in practice, yearning for new inner and outer landscapes, or looking for ways to feel centered and connected to nature both on and off the page, this class is for you.

Connect mind to pen to paper, body to earth to the page, and support your writing practice with embodied, creative expression as you enrich your self-discovery on the path of awareness.
