This is an old class! Check out the current classes, or sign up for our mailing list to see if we'll offer this one again.

Learn about the "food under your foot" and the benefits of local plant-based medicine. We'll discuss the correct part of the plant to use and when and where to harvest as well as simple recipes and the medicinal benefits and uses of each plant discussed.

Participants will leave the lecture with recipes and a greater understanding of why adding wild foods to the diet is so good for us.
