Easy Thanksgiving Sides

On turkey day there's no doubt that the star of the show is often, well, turkey. But it's hard to get excited about the same old mashed potatoes, watery string beans and boring roasted carrots. If you're looking for a little Thanksgiving inspiration, this class is for you!
We'll make three veggie-based side dishes, perfect for Thanksgiving, but delicious enough to eat all fall and winter long. This class will be mainly demo-style, but there will be lots of tasting and you'll leave with three easy recipes that'll make you a star this Thanksgiving.
(One of the recipes will feature meat, but the other two are vegetarian friendly.)
