Dari Litchman is also known as "The Craft Whisperer". She teaches craft workshops out of her Brooklyn studio, 'Marine Park Craft Salon'. She teaches crafts to people of all ages including macrame, weaving, ceramics, knitting, crochet, and more. Dari just launched "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Crafts", mobile craft nights where she brings everything you need to have a fun craft party with your friends. She is organizing her first weekend craft retreat planned for Spring 2018 in the Catskills.

Dari is also a ceramic artist and sells her work under the name Dot + Loop.

In this workshop, we'll work up our own basket from start to finish, using t-shirt yarn that works up quickly and a large crochet hook. We'll have a few colors of t-shirt yarn on hand for you to choose from. 

For this class, you will need to already be comfortable with a few basic crochet stitches, including: chain, single crochet, and the slip stitch. All materials are provided.
