April 29 session postponed!

*These sessions will take place via Zoom. Check out Zoom.us and get familiar with the process in advance! We'll send the link the day before the talk*

This workshop is for any creative spirit who wants some support and resources during these challenging times. As a group, we'll reflect on important questions around self-compassion, permission and the creative resources that are available to us. Through writing and conversation we'll pause to recognize that our outlook is the biggest thing we can control right now. We'll consider how we can focus on the opportunities (both in our work and our creative practices) of this particularly challenging period and ways to move forward.
